RedBox sms Batch Module

  • •Semi automated solution to create an SMS batch
  • •You load your campaigns through our website; files with customer data (Excel or CSV) are easily uploaded using the import wizard
  • •Choose import fields you wish to merge into the SMS text; you are able to personalise each individual message with reference number, amount, date or other details   
  • •The imported data must comply with the field type; bad fields can be corrected or deleted
  • •After importing customer data you can create SMS message texts
  • •Unique streaming function allows you to send all your SMS at once or choose the time and rate at which you want the SMS to go out
  • You can track the SMS delivery reports in real time; it shows message by message detail including sent and delivery times; each completed campaign produces a complete delivery report that can be sent to you by mail/FTP
 
RedBox sms Maildrop / Filedrop Modules
  • •Fully automated solution to create an SMS batch
  • •Fixed format CSV file is sent to a special e – mail address which is automatically imported and processed according to a ‘batch profile’
  • •This batch profile adds the text to be used for the SMS, sets the sending times, validity for the SMS and an e – mail address to sent the delivery reports
  • •The SMS – text can contain merge – fields into which data from other fields can be merged, for example client numbers or invoice numbers
  • •The file drop works in a similar fashion, excepted that the files are delivered not by mail but through an sftp or scp connection (ssh tunnel)

 

RedBox sms Webservice Module 

  • •Fully automated solution which gives more flexibility
  • Sending of single or multiple SMS messages, requesting / receiving overviews of previously sent messages and requesting / receiving of delivery reports; all communications between your system and our application is done using XML.
  • This means that you have the opportunity to seamlessly intergrate SMS into your own application, with various levels of complexity: from 'just sending' to the more complex versions where you can also specify the exact sending times and import the delivery reports back into your own system

This allows you to create SMS services to request information

  • •Repair / installation contractors sent an SMS with fix code to the back office when repair / installation work has been done
  • •SMS is sent to notify the back office of the fix status
  • •Dispatch module receives fixcode SMS and looks up record in database with matching CaseID
  • •Dispatch Module updates record and adds fix code and interactive code
  • •Module sends SMS to next customer that technician will arrive soon (option)

 

RedBox sms International Services

  • •RedBox sms services can be setup anywhere
  • •The only thing needed to set up our SMS services, is a connection to a local SMS gateway provider or a mobile operator
  • 'Of the shelf' connectors are available to connect to sms Gateway provider / Mobile Operator that use standard connection facilities
  • •New customer accounts and modules are added within 1 day
  • •Customised connectors are built within 2 weeks
  • •A dedicated (locally hosted) server is installed and ready in 3 weeks
  • •For Voice Cast services a (local) VoIP provider or ISDN gateway is needed
